No Such Thing As Perfection

What is perfection?  Who defines it?  Who gave them power to do so?

Bohemian art, style, means lots of color, clashing colors and patterns, and large jewelry and/or dangly earrings.  They haunt second hand stores for old, odd, pieces of clothing.  They do anything to upset ‘standard’ anything.  Their perfection is far from the ‘norm’.

Because their main goal is to go against the grain,

Their way of living runs contrary to accepted ‘norms’ and they feel like the idea of seeking peace is unrealistic for them.  They will choose chaos every time.        If something is unconventional, then it belongs to their style, their ideology.  They go for cheap, for odd, almost as if they could not reach the perfection that most others slave to try to obtain and never do, and eventually lose their exotic wayu opf     neo-gypsy life.  They love anything that represents their disgust at societal ‘norms’.

Perhaps bohemian lifestyle releases the need to be, do, believe, craves something high above the level we are at.   Rather than be challenged, they accept mediocracy… in fact, over-emphasize their ways of NOT be regular women.

How are you with those you know who seem to ‘drop out’ of life and adopt the easier path?

Do a deeply collaged (clashing patterns and colors)  background and while drying, make a doll, separately, on cardstock.  Add her to the . background  and decorate.
