“We're connected, as women. It's like a spiderweb. If one part of that web vibrates, if there's trouble, we all know it, but most of the time we're just too scared, or selfish, or insecure to help. But if we don't help each other, who will?” ― The Peach Keeper
Your very soul is the one thing that truly integrates with your whole unique Self; body, mind, heart and soul. When your soul is unhealthy, your body, mind and heart and soul are not healthy either. And it goes all ways. If your body is unhealthy, your soul is unhealthy. If your mind is unhealthy, your soul is unhealthy. If your heart is unhealthy, your soul is not healthy. If your soul is unhealthy… and so on.
In fact, they truly do interact and even though you are eating well and your body seems healthy, I know that stress can cause cancer cells to propagate. Been there, have the crown and anchor scars. Your mind can go against what you believe where your soul is at. Your heart can tell you things that your soul does not really believe. We do one thing but project another. It can be a quagmire until we truly start being Present and real with our self. Peace can not come when you are out of balance, or fragmented. Serenity will be surface level and incidental.
Our soul needs a caretaker. You are that caretaker.
There is a story about a village at the base of a tall mountain. The glacier melted at the top and created a constant stream that flowed through the village. There was an old man who walked up and down the mountain stream collected garbage and debris and casting it aside. As long as the old man kept the ‘pollution’ at bay, the village and its villagers saw abundance and great health and wealth. You see, someone has to keep the river of soul free of pollutants. When the stream suffers, the village and villagers suffered. You are that old man. The river is your soul.
When we are unbalanced, our whole being is out of balance. When we pollute our beautiful crystal-clear soul, we suffer, but so do all those around us. You see, who we are totally interconnected with The All. We, women, especially, are connected to each other in unseen ways. We have creativity at the marrow of our bones. We inspire. We have innate power to transform things, people, places, each other. We do not even need to be face to face to affect and effect. When our soul suffers, so do those you may not even know. Energy has its balance as does water. Our beauty is each other. Our peace is each other.
We have all experienced emotional, complex, powerful, deep, extrasensory nurturing connections with other women. When we support each others growth, we are supporting our own. When we are nurturing our own soul, we are nurturing others. When we discard the Paternalistic mind and ego, we become more open-hearted, more holistic. We discard linear thinking. We become almost magical... yes, miraculous healers of Self and others. We rediscover our courage, our compassion, our bravery, our beauty, our truths and connections. It can be cosmic. It can be the most intimate of connections. We begin to own our space and hold space for others, even our brothers in this world down here on earth.
Most of all, when we caretake our soul, we are caretaking something beyond this world and many others. This plane needs us. It needs us to heal ourselves so we can begin the task at hand: that task if to bring peace and joy and contentment and wholeness and connectedness to and of all things.
Let us clean up our poor messy brilliant wonderful loving nature so our soul is one with all and all for one.
